      Easy to use/great company

      I placed an order which never arrived. When I contacted Boom Beauty they said my order had been lost in transit. They sent it express shipping so I received before the holidays and then refunded the cost of my order. Great way to do business. I love the products so far. They are easy to use. I did have to watch a tutorial before using since I got some extra items in addition to the trio. I am a satisfied customer.

      Back on Track With Boomstick Trio Heritage

      Back to loving my Boomstick Trio, now that I know to specify "Heritage" when re-ordering. (Had a bad experience with the new, and apparently less stable, formulation. When I checked a new back-up stick, as I was running low, it had developed black mold -- long before the expiration date -- bleh!)
