Boom Clean contains alcohol used in witch hazel distillation. Freshly cut leaves and twigs are combined with alcohol to extract the oils from the witch hazel plant. Once distillation is complete, the result is 86% natural oil and 14% alcohol (witch hazel water), which we use within our formula as a skin conditioning agent. It improves the appearance of dry or damaged skin, helps reduce flaking and restores the look of supple skin.

Boom Clean also contains phenethyl alcohol, a naturally occurring compound produced by microorganisms, plants and animals that prevents or slows bacterial growth. We use it within Boom Clean as a natural alternative to parabens.

Boom Clean is pH-neutral, non-drying, SLS- and SLES-free and dermatologist-tested with a clean-beauty formula free from parabens, soap, perfumes or dyes.

No. This cleanser gently removes dirt, makeup and pollutants without stripping your skin of nutrients or moisture. However, unexpected reactions can always occur. If you experience any discomfort when using Boom Clean, discontinue use and consult your physician.

No! None of our products are ever tested on animals.

Yes! Moisturizers create a natural barrier between your skin and the outside world. After you wash away dirt, makeup and pollutants with Boom Clean, replace that barrier with a high-quality moisturizer such as Boomsilk®, Boom Cotton® or Boomstick Glo®.

If you forget, just look for an open lid symbol on the label. In this case, it will read “12 M.”
