      Just absolutely love this eye pencil. Does not smudge under upper eyelid. Tried on top of eyelid then discovered it smudged because I used Boom cream on my eyes. Works better for me fantastically under top eyelid. Ordered two more. An extra for me and one to share.

      Eyeliner that works!

      I have tried so many eyeliners that claim to be smooth, easy to apply etc. and of course not even close. But BOOM eyeliner does what you said it would. Application is gel like with no skipping! I use a liner brush to slightly smudge and even use an eyelash curler over it and it lasts all day. The charcoal color is really nice for blue eyes. Thanks BOOM for another winner!
