How to use

How to Use:

Application: Curl clean, dry lashes, then wiggle the wand from base to tips. Add a second coat for more volume.

      Delighted to receive and use this mascara. Goes on smooth no lumps. Stays on all day. I use jojoba oil to remove since it is water proof with no problem. I'd buy it again.
