I see Boom Scrub has alcohol in it. Doesn’t alcohol dry out skin?

We understand your concern. It’s true that alcohol can dry out your skin when it’s used in large quantities. However, Boom Scrub’s formula only contains a very small amount of phenethyl alcohol. This alcohol occurs naturally in the environment. It’s produced by microorganisms, plants, and animals. Phenethyl Alcohol has been found in a number of natural essential oils, in food, spices and in undistilled alcoholic beverages, beers and wines. We use it because it prevents bacterial growth, and protects Boom Scrub from spoiling, so we can ensure you’re always receiving Boom Scrub as it was intended to be—fresh and ready to use.

Is Boom Scrub tested on animals?

Absolutely not! Like all Boom products, Boom Scrub is 100% cruelty-free! That means this product has never been tested on animals ever.
