Boom Sun is made with non-nano titanium dioxide which is a physical sunscreen. 

Unlike chemical sunscreens which absorb into your skin (and potentially your bloodstream), Boom Sun’s active ingredient sits on top of your skin to reflect and scatter UV rays. 

Boom Sun’s broad-spectrum protection guards against skin damage caused by UVA and UVB light.

With a lightweight, non-greasy formula, Boom Sun goes on like a liquid moisturizer or serum but offers SPF 30+ broad-spectrum protection against sun damage. 

To apply Boom Sun, first shake the bottle well. Using the bulb pipette, dispense 4-6 drops into the palm of your hand. Pat Boom Sun all over your face, neck and décolletage, then use your fingertips to massage the product onto your skin. 

Be sure to allow 15 minutes before sun exposure for maximum protection. 

Reapply Boom Sun every two hours and immediately after swimming, sweating or toweling off.

Boom Sun is very easy to apply. Made with natural oils like Argan and Sunflower Seed Oil, Boom Sun has a lightweight, silky feel that’s easy to spread on your skin and won’t leave a chalky, white cast.

We have tested Boom Sun on a variety of skin tones and found that for most people, Boom Sun does not leave a white cast on the skin. For some people with warm undertones in their skin, Boom Sun leaves a slight cast that can make the skin tone appear cooler.

Boom Sun is not sweat- or water-resistant. We suggest reapplying Boom Sun after you sweat, swim or towel off for best results.

First, cleanse and exfoliate your skin with Boom Clean and Boom Scrub™.

Next, moisturize with one of our all-natural moisturizers: Boomstick Glo®, Boom Nectar®, Boom Gold™, Boom Calm®, Boom Cotton® or Boomsilk®.

When your moisturizer has absorbed, apply Boom Sun on top. 

Apply any cosmetics you like to wear last. We recommend waiting a few minutes to let the sun protection set before applying cosmetics on top. Going to be out in the sun for a while? Carry the Boomstick Trio® with you for quick touch-ups after you reapply your sunscreen.

No. Boom Sun’s non-nano titanium dioxide sits on top of your skin to scatter and reflect UV rays. It does not penetrate the skin.

Of course! Boom Sun can be applied anywhere on your body to protect you from UV rays. A few other places you might use it include your scalp, the backs of your hands and your shoulders or arms when wearing a sleeveless top.

With daily use on the face, neck and décolletage, Boom Sun should last two to three months.

You should reapply Boom Sun every two hours or immediately after swimming, sweating or toweling off.

Boom Sun will last 24 months after opening. Be sure to store it away from excessive heat.
