Joy (age 66): I would tell my 20-year-old-self, "Don't worry about it. It's all gonna be okay. Follow your dreams, follow your impulses and pay attention."
Erica (age 49): Stop doubting yourself so much. Stop being so concerned with… not even with what other people think, but even just with what you think of yourself.
Rachel (age 44): Stop saying sorry. Take up more space.
Karen (age 72): Don't march to anybody's drum. Don't feel ashamed. Be proud of who you are.
Brenda (age 61): Learn from every single thing, and compassion is the key.
Charlotte (age 48): It would be to understand that there are people like me that are also shy.
Dolores (age 76): Stay positive about life.
Honey (age 71): I think I'd say the most important thing is to love yourself.
Gisela (age 64): I would tell her not to worry so much. It's all small stuff. Don't sweat the small stuff.
Ruth (age 68): Just roll with the punches, don't even sweat it. Don't even sweat it, it gets better with time.
