Wrinkles are a part of your body, like anything else. They're like your eyes, your hair, your teeth. They emerge as part of you as you get older.

For me, because I smile a lot, they represent a lot of joy.

They represent time in the sun, which I love. I try to protect my skin, but I love the beach, and so I think I've gotten some of these from just being outside running, hiking, swimming and doing what I  love.

And they're life, just who you are. I wouldn't trade the knowledge and the insight and the life that I've had for anything.

This is life. This is what we all go through, and why in the world wouldn't we embrace it?
