You don’t have to be invisible.

You don’t have to know your place. You don’t have to step back because it’s time for a new guard to take the place of the old guard.

You can be visible by being honest about your age, by embracing your wisdom, and not by shoving it in people’s face. 

But how many times can you solve a problem because you’ve been somewhere or you’ve experienced something?

When everything seems to be going wrong, sometimes it’s good to turn to that person who has a few more miles on their tires and go “What did you do in a situation like this or what can we do together as a group to make an outcome that we’re looking for?”

We still have a lot to offer.
