This Boom Ladies’ Night may be just what you need.

You might remember Sandy Berg from her Boomstick Trio demo. This inspiring woman married the love of her life just over three years ago, at 69. She’s also a mother, grandmother, volunteer, photographer and ballroom dancer.

She was joined by Kelli Grant, an actor, certified fitness instructor and a mom of three from Texas who teaches chair yoga, aquatic fitness, line dance fitness and osteofitness.

These two engaging Boom Ambassadors joined our COO, Colleen, to share their makeup tips, thoughts on pro-aging and so much more. 

Kelli even demonstrated a few balance poses for “active agers.”
