I am 61 years old...I was a professional dancer and a group exercise instructor. My favorite class to teach is a Barre Workout. I am currently a faith-filled fitness and nutrition coach and love to continue to inspire others to live their healthiest and most joyful lives. I love to crochet, knit and read in my spare time, which admittedly there is not a lot of these days...I love Boom, and all that it stands for. Pro-aging is what I am all about these days.
