I am a wife, and mother of three adult daughters and three grandchildren. I have been a psychotherapist for 25 years, and I am also a dancer. The mind/body connection is something I’ve had a huge interest in personally and professionally. I’m certified in hypnotherapy, reiki, and intuitive dance. All of these practices have informed how I live and enjoy my life.

My 60s have been a fulfilling and content time of my life. I also love the ease and versatility of the Boomstick Trio.. no twisting or spritzing or mess. They are very user-friendly.
