Now in my late 50s, I am thrilled to embrace my pro-age beauty and wellness that has come from my committed practice in learning, growing, and resting through life's ups and downs.

As a mother of two adult kids, a wife and business partner to my husband of 33 years, I am passionate about learning how to best support my adult children, modeling and teaching how to build relationally strong leadership, and advocating women's wellness so that they may experience beautiful from the inside out at any age and every stage of their lives.  I also enjoy gardening and hiking often!
