I'm Jill. I'm 55 and I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. My husband and I live in a big ole' log cabin in the woods. We relocated here searching for a simpler, quieter life and we found it. Also, I have two sons in college that I'm crazy about! I recently retired from a dental hygiene career of 31 years.

The pro-age way of life for me is being authentic to who I am. It's living the moment I'm in and not wishing for another from the past. It's taking care of myself in a natural and healthy way and much, much self-love.
