My name is Deanna Delaney and I am a 61-year-old woman who lives a very active and joy-filled life. 

I am a registered nurse, and a Health and Fitness Coach that assists women in achieving their best health through nutrition and fitness plans.  I have a yoga and meditation studio and lead online classes. I have a YouTube cooking channel and a meditation podcast.  I also live on a 10-acre ranch in Texas with horses. We offer Equine Therapy on the farm.
