"I am Canadian, living on beautiful Vancouver Island on the West Coast of British Columbia. As a business leader and entrepreneur, I love making a difference with the 55+ population through my business as as a lifelong health promoter, fitness coach and technology trainer. In my sixtieth year, I'm launching a new company because I think we "pro-agers" will never be too old to work - especially if we are doing what we love to do! I can't see myself stopping anytime soon, as I think the message of pro-aging has a way to tread with BOOM! I love the synergy between our efforts and knew that we had a perfect fit - with a fabulous product and beyond!

I'm known for always being on the move showing up as everyone's cheerleader and striving to achieve balance, while practicing patience and compassion towards myself and others. I have a deep appreciation for individuals, especially for those who struggle with maintaining optimal health -- and am inspired by those who want to live their best life! Although I don't believe I ever act my age, being pro-age to me, means embracing life at every age. That is what I am doing, regardless!

"Fun nana" as they call me, misses her two grandkids with borders currently closed to international travel. Thankfully we can still have special visits, but I can't wait for the day I can smother them with kisses and wrestle on the floor once more!  I look forward to traveling again to embrace family and to continue sharing my passion for health, fitness and lifestyle with audiences worldwide. I am inherently curious and strive to learn from others while expanding my creativity and having fun!
