Greetings!

I am delighted to be a BOOM Ambassador and want to introduce myself.  

I am Carol Naifeh and I am 63 years old.  I have three amazing sons, an awesome daughter-in-law, two adorable grandsons, and two super sweet dogs.  Yep…the four-legged ones are boys too!  And I LOVE college football!

Now that those nuts and bolts are out of the way, let me tell you who I really am!

I am a perpetual student.  Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree when I was 22 years old, I embarked on a career in advertising.  I fell in love, married, and become a stay-at-home mom to my three sons.  As my children grew, I decided to go to nursing school.  (I could have been the mother to most of my classmates!)  A few years later with a Registered Nurse license in my hand, I decided I did not want to be a nurse!  So I kept going to school.  My interest changed to wellness instead of illness.  I embarked on studies in meditation, stress management, and spirituality. 

Those studies led me to working with the labyrinth as a tool for personal growth and I was certified as a labyrinth facilitator.  I also became certified as a laughter yoga leader. Then I discovered drumming!  If you have the chance, join a drum circle and experience the joy!

My philosophy of Pro Age is to keep moving forward.  I do that by staying curious and being open to new possibilities.  We all know that life has its ups and downs.  Sometimes it’s three steps forward and two steps back.  But, that still means progress.  I’ve given up on perfection!  I would rather experience progress.  

I enjoy being active but have also learned the benefits of being still. I live with gratitude and acceptance.  I embrace aging and am happy to be doing it with BOOM!
