Tamara: There's this idea that being youthful, looking youthful, does give you power, strength, energy, positivity. And it really is so the opposite.

Amanda: Your possibilities don't decrease just because you've passed the age where people are taking pictures of you all the time. Your possibilities increase.

Nikki: Sometimes seeing women get wiser and stronger and having that to contribute is a little threatening.

Emily: There's a certain fear of the wise, older, sexy, vital woman.

Hadley: Older women are very powerful.

Betty: Why do we get the opposite message all the time?

Emily: Because I think they're jealous.
